By my calculations, I will have less than $100.00 when I arrive in Boulder. This will be after paying for my share of: the moving pod, august rent, rent deposit, and utilities; paying for my most recent (and overdue) bill from Muhlenberg; and setting aside a conservative $125 for gas, food and campsite money for the drive.
I am currently selling most things I can do without, including books,...
Ok, so
if I can find a minimum wage job with 40hrs/week I can just barely get by out in CO.
This is assuming I can
a) find a job
b) find a job that will give me 40hrs/week
c) find a job that pays above min if they can’t do 40hrs
Stress.

Just got my binder in the mail
not pleased.
The material is too stiff, so it doesn’t sit well on me.
The shoulder straps are too long, causing it to rest too low on my chest.
The velcro is too short, which doesn’t allow me to tighten it past a certain point.
It doesn’t flatten my chest anymore than a compression sports bra does, and it makes them an awkward shape, which is even less convincing.
...
Ugh. It’s only 5. Can it be 7 so I can go home and sleep?
They unplugged the espresso machine, so it’s time to go abuse the coffee machine :)
well golly i hope my binder gets here before i move. my mother like to open my mail. that would be an awkward thing to have her forward to me.

Inception is pretty much the best movie ever made. Hands down.
Yay. I can fit into skinny jeans now. Thanks Peruvian mountain-climbing workouts and beef-avoidance starvation! If only you also made me taller so I don’t have to get them hemmed…

Seriously, anything.
I miss my eyebrow piercing. Soon it will heal, and I will get it repierced.
Just ordered this →
I’m hoping that a) it fits and works well and is not too big (i had to order the next size up, stupid boobs) and b) my mother does not open it as she tends to do with my mail.

I seriously doubt nerds will notice or care. Plus, have these people ever been to Comic-Con? Unless you’re dressed like some other worldly character, no one even pays you a second glance.
Personally, I’ll make sure and say ‘hi’ as I stroll passed them dressed as Jedi Luminara Unduli….

Rwanda editor arrested for genocide denial →
KIGALI, Rwanda — Rwanda has arrested a newspaper editor on charges of genocide denial and stirring ethnic hatred less than a month ahead of August’s presidential election, police said on Saturday.
Agnes Uwimana, who has already served a one-year jail term for inciting ethnic divisions and defamation, was arrested Thursday evening following the publication of an article comparing President...
I´m a little homesick
well, not for home per se, but for most of the people there. Hopefully Lima will be a nice change of pace.

I´m going to
seriously start trying to bind myself when I get home. I might even invest in a tank binder or something (only a days worth of pay..ugh). It´s going to hurt like a mother though…cause these babies are hard to hide.
Hmm, maybe shopping in Lima will be good- men are built smaller here, so maybe mens shirts will fit me :)
